NO RETURNS or REFUNDS WILL OCCUR WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
No refunds for SOSPITAS LTD products not purchased from this website.
After receiving a Return Authorization Number please include it on the shipping label along with your name and the business name (if a business purchase) on the return box.

Unused and undamaged SOSPITAS products can be returned within 14 days (day one (1), is the day after the date of shipping from SOSPITAS to your location) for a full refund if no material was used. After 15 days (day one (1), being one day after unused and undamaged SOSPITAS products being returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (the restocking fee is the sales price plus taxes). Shipping cost paid by the purchaser is not included in the 20% restocking fee. There will be no refund past 16 days of the date of shipping to customer/purchaser (day one is the day after the date of shipping to customer/purchaser) and no refund on products damaged in shipping. There is no refund on any shipping/freight charges in case of a refund.
The cost of any used/missing SOSPITAS product will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
